 About Us
Restoration 1 of Morris County is a growing restoration and reconstruction company serving homeowners and businesses across northern New Jersey. We handle water, fire, and mold mitigation and full rebuilds, and we’re on call when people are having one of the worst days of their lives. We’re looking for a relationship-builder to help us grow.

The Role
This is a field-based sales and business development position. You’ll build and maintain referral relationships with property managers, insurance agents, and other industry partners who send us work. Your calendar will be full of face-to-face meetings, lunch-and-learns, and industry events. If you’d rather be out shaking hands than sitting behind a desk, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow a referral network of property managers, HOAs, commercial property owners, and insurance agents
• Make regular in-person visits to keep relationships warm and our name top of mind
• Attend and network at association meetings (IREM, CAI, NJAA, local insurance associations, chambers of commerce)
• Educate partners on our services and how we work with the insurance claims process
• Track activity, leads, and results in our CRM (Salesforce)
• Work closely with our operations team to make sure referred customers get a great experience

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience with a track record of building relationships that turn into revenue
• Confidence working a room: you enjoy association meetings, networking events, and meeting new people
• Self-motivated and organized, comfortable managing your own territory and schedule
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Big Pluses

• Insurance industry experience (agency, carrier, or adjusting) and an understanding of the claims process
• Restoration, construction, or property management experience
• An existing network of property managers or insurance agents in northern NJ

• Competitive base salary plus commission $75,000 to $125,000 OTE
