Responsibilities

This is a temporary assignment with potential to transition into long-term opportunity. The Staff Accountant 1 performs a variety of accounting duties that support accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and assisting with capital and fixed-asset accounting activities.  Work Schedule/Location: 

• Temporary assignment anticipated for 3-6 months, with employees working full-time hours at our Fresno location. 
• Standard business hours from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

 

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

  Experience

• 1 year of accounting experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred

• Excel experience with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Subtotals, Data analysis and spreadsheet management

• General Ledger experience.

• Exposure to ERP/accounting systems.

• Workday experience is a plus
