About the Role
Love tech and talking to people? Join our Recruitment Team as a Talent Sourcer and help us find the engineers who power our IT consulting projects.
You’ll be the first person candidates hear from. You’ll search for talent, reach out, and line up qualified candidates for our recruiters every day. You’ll also build talent pools for our most in-demand roles, such as AI Engineers, Data Engineers and Platform Engineers, as well as non-delivery positions.
What You’ll Do
- Search for IT talent on LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Kalibrr, GitHub and tech communities
- Write personalised messages to candidates and follow up
- Check each candidate’s interest, availability, salary expectation and notice period
- Upload qualified profiles to our ATS and tag the assigned recruiter for review
- Build and grow talent pools for AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Platform Engineers and non-delivery positions
- Keep candidate records accurate and up to date
- Share a weekly pipeline update and monthly insights on the IT talent market
