  • Troubleshoot manufacturing system issues, verify process flows and configurations, and partner with stakeholders to ensure reliable automated lot processing.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, business rules, and lessons learned to improve organizational knowledge and operational consistency.
  • Provide training and guidance to engineers, technicians, and other users on GCPWeb, conversion processes, and related manufacturing systems.
  • Generate performance metrics, dashboards, and reports while identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline workflows, improve process efficiency, enhance data quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work first shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
  • 4+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, including semiconductor processes and systems, lot logistics, conversion management, troubleshooting, and process execution.
  • 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and effectively partner across technical and operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Required associate degree - AAS, AS, STEM-related degree, trade school certification, military technical training, or equivalent industry experience.
