Job Overview

The company is looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead its sourcing operations and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for overseas job orders and deployment requirements.

The successful candidate will oversee the sourcing team, develop effective recruitment strategies, and drive high-volume sourcing activities to meet client demands and deployment deadlines.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in overseas recruitment agencies, manpower deployment, and international hiring, preferably those who have handled both domestic helpers and professional-level positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to generate qualified candidates for overseas job orders.

• Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the sourcing team.

• Oversee high-volume recruitment and ensure timely candidate delivery.

• Identify and implement sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates for various overseas positions.

• Monitor sourcing metrics, recruitment progress, and team productivity.

• Ensure the quality and qualifications of candidates meet client requirements.

• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to address sourcing challenges and deployment needs.

• Manage sourcing priorities and ensure deadlines and hiring targets are met.

• Continuously improve sourcing processes and strategies to increase recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably in a licensed overseas recruitment or manpower deployment agency.

• Experience handling high-volume recruitment and overseas job orders.

• Familiarity with international recruitment and deployment processes.

• Experience sourcing candidates for domestic helper and professional-level positions is an advantage.

• Exposure to international markets, particularly Europe, Norway, or the broader EMEA region, is a plus.

• Previous experience managing or leading a sourcing team.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight recruitment deadlines.
