Physical Therapist (PT) | Inpatient Rehabilitation | Full Time
Highlights & Benefits:

Full-Time, Permanent Position at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital

Sign-On Bonus: $8,000
-
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional weekend rotation (approximately 1in8 weekends)

Manageable Caseload: Average of 6–7 patients per day with primarily 60-minute treatment sessions

Patient Population: Approximately 90% neurological rehabilitation, including stroke, TBI, Parkinson's disease, and orthopedic conditions

Vacation / PTO: 18 accrued days annually plus 7 paid holidays

Student Loan Assistance: $250/month after 6 months of employment

Continuing Education: $2,500 annually for CEUs and complimentary MedBridge access

About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent position in a supportive inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This opportunity offers a strong neurological rehabilitation focus, individualized patient care, and a collaborative multidisciplinary therapy team.
Our ideal candidate:

Holds a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Is licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas

New Graduates and Experienced Therapists are encouraged to apply
