Job Description

As a Security Guard Medical Facility Patrol in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Professional at a leading healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while coordinating with appropriate healthcare personnel and first responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Vaccinations are required for hospital assignments.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
