What’s the position?

Reporting to the Casino Promotions Manager, you’ll be an essential part of the Promo & CRM team, working within one of our promo pods — learning the ropes of Hard Rock Digital’s online casino operation from the ground up. Working alongside product, marketing, commercial, operations, data, and regulatory teams, you’ll help build and manage the promotions and offers that keep our players engaged and coming back for more, all within our team and jurisdictional budgets. This is a foundational role for someone who is eager to build expertise, ask great questions, and grow fast in a high-energy, player-first environment.

Responsibilities for this role include:

Promo Operations & Offer Design

• Help design, build, and configure player bonuses, offers, and onsite banners with guidance, working with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless player experience.

• Support your promo pod in planning and launching promotions, from offer mechanics and eligibility rules through to go-live.

• Maintain organized documentation of completed work, ensuring all promotion and campaign records are accurate and up to date.

• Follow established SOPs for offer builds and segment uploads, raising questions rather than guessing when something is unclear.

Offer Targeting & CRM Execution

• Build audiences and segments for offers, helping match the right offer to the right players.

• Execute day-to-day CRM setup that supports promotions, including audience builds, QA, and deployment checklists across email, push, and SMS channels.

• Review and validate offer terms, copy, and creative for accuracy, quality, and compliance before launch.

• Ensure all offers and supporting communications go live accurately and on time to meet established deadlines.

Budget & Performance

• Track daily and weekly promotional spend and pacing against team and jurisdictional budgets, flagging anomalies to your manager.

• Help analyze promotion and campaign results — such as redemption, cost, and player response — and share what’s working and what isn’t.

• Support A/B tests and offer personalization initiatives by executing assigned tasks accurately and flagging results to the broader team.

Cross-Functional

• Build familiarity with our promotions and marketing technology platforms (e.g., Braze) and begin developing hands-on expertise in their capabilities.

• Coordinate routine requests with Creative and Customer Support teams, communicating status and escalating issues to your manager rather than letting them go unaddressed.

• Maintain availability for on-call weekend coverage to support live promotions during peak player activity.
