ACS Staffing Solutions are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for an exciting, brand-new e-commerce operation based in Milton Keynes.

We're looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated individuals to join a growing team across several warehouse departments.

Whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking for a fresh start, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work, earn competitive hourly rates and potentially move into a permanent position.

Full training will be provided!

SHIFT TIMES – IMPORTANT!

Initial shift:
09:00 – 15:30

From 14th November:
23:00 – 07:30 (Night Shift)

Please make sure you are comfortable with this change of working hours before applying.

MULTIPLE WAREHOUSE DEPARTMENTS AVAILABLE

We're recruiting across different areas of the operation:

• Inbound: Receiving, checking and processing incoming deliveries and stock.

• Outbound: Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch.

• Inventory: Completing stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Sortation: Sorting and moving parcels throughout the warehouse. Please note that this department involves heavier manual handling.

• General Warehouse: Supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Depending on your department, duties may include:

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders.

• Loading and unloading deliveries.

• Receiving and processing incoming stock.

• Sorting parcels and products.

• Carrying out stock and inventory checks.

• Moving goods safely around the warehouse.

• Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets.

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're interested in people who are:

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

• Physically fit for roles involving manual handling.

• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Flexible and comfortable moving onto night shifts from 14th November.

• Positive, motivated and keen to learn.

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
