Company: Florida's Best Water Treatment Company has helped homeowners improve the quality of their water for more than 60 years.
Position: Canvassing Manager- Build and manage a door-to-door marketing team. Recruiting is provided! Interview, hire, train, and motivate field marketers to educate Broward County homeowners and schedule free water quality tests, 5–6 days per week.
Qualifications:
• Experienced building and managing field marketers in home improvements or a related industry
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
Responsibilities:
• Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door field marketers
• Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training daily
• Develop field marketing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans
• Track team performance, support daily production, and help field marketers improve results
Compensation:
• Earn $100K-$175K (Salary plus Appointment and Sale Bonuses)
