Description
The Specialist I, Support Operations role is to provide administration services for Warranty and Support on Promethean’s Hardware products. Supporting our third-party Global AI based processing partner within US working hours.
This role is to provide the best customer service through Service Provider process administration, asset registration, stock management, logistics, invoicing, purchasing, warranty processes and general administration support.Base annual salary: 60,600 PLN - 75,700 PLN + eligibility for the annual bonus
Working hours: 2pm - 10pm CET / UTC+1
