This role is suited for a results-driven professional who can manage multiple aspects of project execution, resolve field challenges, control costs, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from initial planning and estimating handoff through installation, commissioning, and closeout.

- Manage RFIs, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation throughout the construction process.
- Monitor job costs, labor hours, material expenses, and subcontractor costs, taking corrective action when projects fall outside budget.
- Maintain communication with general contractors, owners, engineers, inspectors, and internal project teams.
- Coordinate permits, inspections, equipment deliveries, system startup, testing, and commissioning.
- Oversee punch lists, warranty documentation, project turnover, and final closeout activities.
