The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will analyze and deeply understand customers’ pain points through frequent customer visits.

2. You will complete market analysis and customers’ pain points analysis before customer visits.

3. You will develop proposals which fit for customers’ true needs and requirements.

4. You will lead tendering and proposal offering process by properly distributing tasks and work packages to concerned parties.

5. You will prepare all costs properly and provide competitive price, considering global market price.

6. You will define technical solution together with concerned parties, and perform on-site investigation if needed; clarify scope and share of supply.

7. You will develop and maintain good human relationships with customers and commercial channels.

8. You will create a win-win solution between customers and all stakeholders through constructive dialogue and negotiations.

9. You will maintain strong sense of responsibility to achieve goal of the organization and individual KPIs.

10. You will develop new business set up, including improvement of the existing one, in order to contribute for organizational operation and increase output of the team.

11. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. Bachelor or above degree

2. Proficient in English & Japanese; other languages are an advantage

3. Curiosity

6. Ability to apply digital tools and data in routine business and support activities with growing independence.

7. Ability to use business systems, productivity tools such as AI, and data outputs from SAP, Power BI, or Salesforce to support planning, reporting, coordination, and decision support.

8. Ability to identify simple opportunities to improve business processes using available digital tools and technology-enabled solutions.
