Description
Product Manager – Remote Europe
Plexus is working with a fast-growing, regulated-grade exchange built on digital settlement rails, focused on commodities markets and institutional traders.
Must-Haves:
- Experience building and shipping products at an exchange or trading platform (strong fintech backgrounds also considered)
- Ownership of user-facing product end to end: roadmap, user needs and UX/UI improvements
- Proficiency in Figma and a strong eye for design
- Experience with proven product processes and tools
- Scale-up experience, with a high-ownership, independent and experimental mindset
Bonus Points:
- Background at a leading centralised exchange or major fintech
- Experience with institutional trading, commodities or derivatives products
