About the Company
Our client is a reputable manufacturer of precision components and modules in high-mix low-volume, with specialization in very complex machining, high surface finishing and product cleanliness. They are an established supplier for many major global players in the Optical, Semicon, Diagnostics, Medical, and Life Science industries.
We are looking for a strategic and versatile Finance & Corporate Affairs Manager to oversee financial planning, regulatory compliance, corporate admin, cross-functional administrative teams and multimedia department. In this role, you will lead cost controls, ensure statutory compliance, optimize business operational processes, and drive continuous improvements across our digitally integrated, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Control: Formulate budgets, control cash flow, and deliver actionable financial insights to HODs to strengthen risk management and support business growth.
- Corporate Affairs & Compliance: Oversee statutory compliance, regulatory permits (SSM, MBSA, LMW, SST, DOSH, ISO), and maintain strong liaisons with tax and customs authorities.
- Administrative & Cross-Functional Oversight: Lead daily office admin, facility maintenance, and vendor management while providing directional support to the multimedia content team.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and develop the Business Admin team to maintain high operational performance and discipline.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA); MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of general finance and full-set accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within manufacturing.
- Strong command of Mandarin and English
- Strong technical background in ERP finance modules, Power BI/Excel financial analysis, and cloud reporting platforms.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001 and DOSH/OSH statutory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
Remuneration:
RM 10,000 - RM 12,000
