Marketing Communications Manager

Eaton’s AER Aerospace Group division is currently seeking a Marketing Communications Manager. This is a hybrid position in Beachwood, OH.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year.

## What you’ll do:

The Aerospace Group's Marketing Communications Manager has global responsibility for developing strategic integrated marketing campaigns to position Eaton as a thought leader and preferred supplier for aerospace OEMs.

This is a pivotal role that will work closely with commercial and strategy leaders to lead and execute the development of engaging omni-channel content, campaigns and industry events. Driving measurable improvements in customer awareness, consideration, and demand generation will be expected. This role will be responsible for collaborating across regions and business units to develop campaign strategies and effective content while prioritizing resources to support strategic business initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent writer and storyteller while showing creativity across mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic marketing initiatives—deploying measurable outreach programs across the aerospace OEM sales funnel.
• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, global marketing and sales teams to build integrated marketing communications plans that support growth objectives.
• Develop value-driven messaging and marketing content to drive awareness, preference and demand.
• Lead planning and execution of medium- and large-scale aerospace industry trade shows and customer events.
• Identify, develop, and deploy sales enablement materials.
• Establish and track marketing performance metrics.
• Manage budgets and evaluate marketing investments through cost-benefit analysis.
• Ensure brand consistency while fostering creativity and innovation.

## Qualifications:

Required Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Visual Communication Design or related field of study from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven (7) years experience in communications and/or marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Nine plus (9+) years experience in communications and/or marketing.
• Aerospace Industry experience.
• Tradeshow management experience.
• Account-based marketing experience.

Technical Knowledge:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing effective strategic marketing communications campaigns with measurable impact in the aerospace industry.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic marcom counsel and manage competing priorities in alignment with strategy.
