Role Summary

As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate, you'll be eligible for:

• $250 Weekly Attendance Bonus: Earn an extra $250/week for 100% attendance during peak weeks (11/22–12/5 & 12/6–12/19)!

Role Responsibilities

Your duties will include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. To be successful in this role, you should be a motivated team player with a positive attitude, and good communication skills, and demonstrate respect for others. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail is essential.  

 

• Receive, pick, pack and ship merchandise 
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards 
• Work respectfully in a team environment and independently when necessary 
• Follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards 
• Operate department-specific technology such as RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 
• Perform all other duties as assigned by operational leadership 

Role Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school degree or GED is preferred
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing is a plus
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
• Able to operate department-specific technology to execute job tasks i.e. RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required  

 Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout a shift 
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods 
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds 
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements
