We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Performance & Closed Loop Specialist with 5–8 years of experience to turn customer and operational data into prioritized improvement initiatives and measurable outcomes. The role focuses on measuring performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance and accountability.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Turn customer and operational data into prioritized improvement initiatives and measurable outcomes.
- Manage DGE compliance activities and evidence management.
- Support the evolution of the company's experience measurement framework beyond traditional customer metrics into marketing and commercial performance indicators.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance and accountability.
