About the Role

Sky Climber Access Solutions is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Driver to support warehouse operations and customer deliveries from our Pasadena, TX location.

This hands-on role is responsible for receiving and staging equipment, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering equipment to customer job sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Receive, stage, organize, and prepare equipment for rental and delivery
• Pull, pack, and fulfill customer orders
• Deliver equipment to customer locations using company vehicles
• Drive up to a 24-foot commercial box truck
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory counts
• Verify equipment and inventory against physical stock
• Assist with equipment inspections and light mechanical work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries and pickups
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Complete required documentation and inventory transactions accurately
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass an MVR review
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Previous warehouse experience
• Construction industry experience
• Mechanical aptitude or mechanical repair experience
• Experience operating commercial delivery vehicles
• Class C License preferred
• Forklift experience a plus

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Frequent bending, lifting, walking, and standing throughout the workday
• Ability to safely load, unload, and secure equipment for transportation

Qualifications

• Required to have a minimum of 5 years mechanical experience
• Must be able to read, understand electric schematics and theory on how the systems work
• Must be good at using test equipment, meters & gauges
• Ability to work at high elevation 
• Must be able to lift (75+ lbs.)
• Prior rigging experience is a must
• Must be able to read English
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Must make safety a priority
• Positive attitude and self-motivated 

Pre-employment testing will include:

 Hours – M-F – 7am – 5pm (Hours will vary by workload)Position is Hourly Non-Exempt

Responsibilities

• Overhaul and repair hoist motors
• Disassembles hoist motors and replace defective parts and reassembles
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical & pneumatic customer owned equipment
• Perform service calls as needed and may be required to complete repairs at jobsites
• Must be able to maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery
• Responsible for parts inventory accuracy
• Follow checklists to ensure all important parts are examined
• Enter work orders into computer system
• Provides excellent customer service to customers, business partners and employees
• Troubleshoots, tears down, repairs, reassembles, tests and performs maintenance on standard equipment and accessories. Performs inspections in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
