Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales growth, profitability, and market share objectives through disciplined opportunity management and forecasting.
• Build a strong opportunity pipeline and manage long sales-cycle projects effectively.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, end users, and key decision-makers across target industries.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive customer acquisition and consultative selling.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding operational challenges and recommending value-driven solutions.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial agreements with strategic customers.
• Effectively manage and develop distributor relationships while creating a stronger market pull through direct customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve channel effectiveness and customer coverage.
• Ensure alignment between Klüber's growth strategy and distributor execution plans.
• Collaborate with customers, technical teams, and R&D to identify application needs and develop differentiated solutions.
• Support new product introductions and application development initiatives aligned with customer requirements.
• Drive value-based selling by linking technical benefits to customer business outcomes.
• Leverage digital tools, CRM platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to drive business efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience in Vietnam.
• Strong experience in direct sales and key account management within industrial markets.
• Experience in Specialty Lubricants, Industrial Adhesives, Industrial Tapes, Bearings, Sealing Solutions, Wind Energy, Power Transmission, Industrial Consumables, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, OEM engagement, and strategic account development.
• Experience working with distributor networks while simultaneously driving direct customer relationships.
