HR Lead – India

100ms builds AI agents that automate patient access in US healthcare: benefits verification, prior authorization and referral intake for specialty pharmacies.

 

We're looking for a hands-on HR Lead to run HR for our India team of 140+ people across Tech and Operations. You'll do the work yourself: writing policies, running payroll inputs, handling employee issues and driving hiring. You'll also build the processes we need to grow past 200. You'll work directly with our founders and US leadership.
