Description
We are seeking professional and detail oriented. The Locker Room Attendant is to provide exceptional service for our members and guests. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming locker room environment while delivering a high level of personalized service consistent with the standards of a premier private country club.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and lounge areas throughout the day.
- Provide attentive service to members, including shoe care, locker setup, and amenity replenishment.
- Greet members warmly and assist with requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitor and restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and grooming items.
- Ensure lockers are clean, secure, and properly assigned.
- Handle laundry services including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Maintain a discreet and respectful presence, ensuring member privacy at all times.
- Report maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly.
- Support special events and high-traffic periods as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, country club, or luxury service environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to [25–50 lbs] as needed.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
