Top Skills Required:
• 1+ year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of IL
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification (if you don't have this - we will help you get it!)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

Schedule: Minimum – 16 hours per week (2) days per week (8A to 5P) + assist in on call rotation:
o **(1) weekend day shift per month: 8A to 5P on Saturday or Sunday; will have scheduled visits ahead of time & seeing patients in the field – beginning 5pm, will be a true on call
