Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow sales within the Baton Rouge and South Louisiana region. This role focuses on conducting in-home consultations, building relationships, and closing sales using a proven system.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to earn high income with strong company support and pre-qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a designated sales territory
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers
- Present customized bath remodeling solutions and close sales
- Follow up on company-provided, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
- Build referral networks and local business relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success
- Track and report sales activity and performance
Qualifications
- 1+ year of outside or in-home sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Schedule
- Full-time
- Evenings and weekends required (to accommodate customer availability)
