Meet the team:
Our Inside Operations and Administrative Support teams are part of the broader GBS Lithuania Inside Operations group within Dexcom’s Global Business Services (GBS) Centre, primarily supporting the EMEA region. Both teams play a crucial role in helping patients and their families access Dexcom’s continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) products and ensuring smooth handling of customer-related documents and data.
We work closely with colleagues in Germany and other internal functions to facilitate reimbursement authorisation processes, validate and process documentation, and maintain accurate data in Dexcom’s systems. By adhering to privacy and security standards, we safeguard sensitive data and help drive Dexcom’s mission to empower people with diabetes. Where you come in:
- Manage administrative tasks related to patient onboarding, reimbursement authorisation, and documentation processing.
- Communicate with health insurance companies, physicians, and patients to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflows.
- Create and maintain accurate customer data records in CRM systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Validate and process customer-related documentation, such as prescriptions and training confirmations, with precision and confidentiality.
- Monitor and update order statuses, shipment details, and invoicing information to maintain timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify information, troubleshoot issues, and support other business lines as needed.
What makes you successful:
- You are proficient in German and English, with a minimum B2 level in both languages.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You have excellent organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
- You bring a strong ability to collaborate with others and drive results.
- You demonstrate problem-solving skills by working independently and in cooperation with other teams.
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- You are able to interpret reports and follow documentation such as procedure manuals, operating instructions, and safety rules.
- You have previous experience in Operations, Customer Support, or Data Management, which is considered a plus.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
Flex Workplace:
- Your primary location will be an office, based in Vilnius. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site.
Salary:
Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,643.33 to €2,030.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
