Call Center Representative

As a Call Center Representative at Gould’s Air Conditioning and Heating, your main role will be to provide exceptional customer service standards to our clients while promoting our range of air conditioning and heating products. We are seeking a responsive, customer-centric professional with impeccable communication skills to fill this position. Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming service calls and dealing with inquiries on the phone. Providing accurate service information to customers at all times. Booking appointments for our technicians and sales staff to visit client premises. Ensuring a thorough understanding of our products to be able to answer customer queries effectively. Escalating complex issues to the relevant department to ensure a timely resolution. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. Working in collaboration with the sales team to reach company goals. Engaging in team training and development to stay updated with product specifications and company policy. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent qualification is required. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer support role, preferably in the HVAC industry. Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computing systems including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to listen actively and address customer needs empathetically. Capable of multitasking, organization, and documentation. Bilingual ability (specifically English and Spanish) would be a significant advantage.
