The Documentation & Accuracy Coordinator under Aggieland Tutoring will serve as an essential partner in our administrative department, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all aspects of our services. The position involves comprehensive handling, reviewing, and overseeing all documentation that pertains to our educational services. As such, the professional fulfilling this role must be incredibly detail-oriented and skilled at identifying, rectifying, and minimizing errors. They should also possess inherent problem-solving abilities and excellent communicational skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain all internal and external documentation, ensuring its accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and the organization’s policies. Monitor documentation systems, keeping them updated and functional to facilitate the smooth execution of procedural operations. Review and approve documents, identifying errors, and ensuring their rectification in a timely manner. Analyze documentation for inaccuracies and discrepancies, executing problem-solving procedures to rectify any irregularities. Collaborate with the tutoring team and other departments to acquire necessary information and updates, integrating them into relevant documents. Update and develop documentation protocols, ensuring they align with current practices and procedures. Report to management on any detected issues and implement corrective measures. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an administrative or educational setting. Proven track record in effective document management and maintenance of accuracy. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and ensure rectifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and document management software. Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
