TurnTime Transport LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our dynamic team. We are passionate about ensuring exceptional services to our clients and we count on our customer service representatives to reflect these values. Job Responsibilities: Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, in person, or social media to provide support and information on products or services. Collect and record customer feedback and information, and utilize that information to create strategies on improving customer service. Resolve and manage customer complaints in an effective and respectful way. Escalate customer queries to appropriate department or person if unable to resolve. Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the company, adhere to the company's policies and procedures. Job Qualifications: High school diploma is a requirement. Higher degree in a relevant field will be appreciated. Previous experience in a customer support role with a proven track record of striving for excellence. Strong understanding of customer service practices. Proficient in using various CRM systems and practices. Knowledge of using MS Office Suite is a must. Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and an ability to prioritize and manage time. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
