Valuations Manager
Location: Horsham
Salary: Up to £35,785 OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:45am–5:30pm + every other Saturday 9am–1pm
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-focused Valuations Manager to join our successful estate agency team in Horsham.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional with a strong background in valuations, listings, and residential sales who is looking to take the next step in their career.
You’ll play a key role in growing market share, winning new instructions, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the wider branch team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and increase market share for residential sales
- Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
- Build strong relationships with vendors and applicants
- Manage and convert enquiries into viewings and sales
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer to other departments
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
- Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Keep up to date with local market trends and available properties
- Support the day-to-day running of the branch and assist team members
- Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in estate agency (Senior Negotiator / Valuer / Assistant Manager level)
- Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Strong valuation and listing experience
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Positive attitude and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred
