Role Description
We're hiring a Solutions Consultant to join our GTM Operations team and bridge the gap between customer needs and platform capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of customer empathy, product strategy, and technical execution—helping providers and care teams unlock real value from Canvas Medical's EMR by transforming their workflows into actionable, high-quality solutions.
As a Solutions Consultant, you'll engage directly with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand complex healthcare delivery challenges. You'll translate these insights into clear product requirements, prototype solutions using the Canvas SDK, and help evolve our platform by identifying strategic enhancement opportunities. This is a high-leverage role where you'll act as a multiplier—accelerating how Canvas delivers value to customers while shaping how our platform scales.
The ideal candidate brings deep curiosity about healthcare technology, comfort with modern development tools, and exceptional ability to bridge business and technical contexts. You'll thrive in ambiguity, balance short-term customer needs with long-term platform health, and collaborate seamlessly across operational and technical teams.
