Responsibilities
- Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
- Pulmonary and Critical Care.
- Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient – 50% Pulmonary and 50% Critical Care.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM with at least 1-2 weekends a month.
- Academic Opportunity – opportunity to work with Internal Medicine Residency, US and Foreign Medical Students.
- 18 ICU beds / Open ICU.
- Average Daily Patient Volume: Inpatient 15-20 patients; Outpatient 12-15 patients.
- Starting with a base salary of $350,000.00 (negotiable) with Productivity Bonus based on collections.
- Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement will be given.
- The position is in Victorville, CA – around 45 minutes away from Rancho Cucamonga, CA & Ontario, CA.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $350,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure
