| Attend events (activations, markets, trade fairs, presentations at client premises, conferences, etc. in order to promote the business and gather prospects for the channel pipelines. |
| Sales; convert prospects in channel pipelines to customers, manage customer referral and achieve monthly sales targets |
| Customer service; call all existing customers to conduct customer satisfaction surveys, answer any queries and ask for referrals. |
| Logistics support for sales and other project activities, including arranging transport of orders and other support required |
| Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence and submit weekly sales and pipeline reports. |
| 7. | Tele sales Task (Lead Qualification); - Call potential customers from the lead list to determine if they meet the criteria for your product/service.
- Identify their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline for purchase.
- Record findings accurately in the CRM for follow-up by the sales team.
