As a Line Cook / Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and keeping the kitchen running efficiently. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to prepare ingredients, execute menu items, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to the Chef’s specifications
- Assist with daily prep, including chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and preparing sauces
- Execute dishes during service in coordination with the kitchen team
- Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Support general kitchen duties such as cleaning, sanitizing, and waste removal
- Previous professional kitchen experience preferred, especially on a hot line or grill
- An understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to read and execute prep lists efficiently
- Solid knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
