Description
Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and support Microsoft Intune policies, profiles, compliance rules, and application deployments
- Perform device enrolment, user data migration, and post‑migration verification for different user groups
- Troubleshoot Windows 11, Intune client, and basic Microsoft 365 issues during migration waves
- Work closely with project manager, infrastructure, and service desk teams to ensure smooth rollout and minimal business impact
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 3 years or above experience, solid hands‑on experience with Windows 11, Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, and modern device management
- Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, on‑prem AD, and Microsoft 365 is highly preferred
- Previous experience working in financial institutions or large, regulated enterprises is a strong plus
- Good communication skills, customer‑oriented mindset, and ability to work under tight migration schedules
