What You’ll Do:
- Perform residential leak detection using advanced equipment and techniques
- Pinpoint underground and hidden leaks with minimal disruption to property
- Accurately diagnose issues and present clear, professional repair solutions
- Communicate findings and next steps with customers in a friendly, informative manner
- Maintain and calibrate leak detection tools and ensure your van is clean and well-stocked
- Stay current with the latest leak detection technology and best practices
- Attend weekly team meetings and trainings
- Represent Beyond Wow Plumbing’s mission, values, and top-tier service standards
What You Bring:
- MUST be licensed in the state of Texas
- Experience in leak detection or plumbing (3–5+ years preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills
- Comfortable using specialized equipment (acoustic, infrared, tracer gas, etc.)
- Professional appearance and integrity — you do the right thing even when no one is watching
- Team spirit and willingness to mentor others
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
