We are looking for

We are looking for a top Machine Learning Software Engineer to bridge the gap between complex data pipelines and production-grade, user-facing software.

If you are a builder who cares just as much about system architecture and user empathy as you do about model inference, you belong here.Who you are

• You have User Empathy: You don't just build to spec; you care deeply about the end-user experience and the real-world value your code delivers.
• You are a Problem Solver: You have a deep engineering mindset, remain open-minded to new paradigms, and love untangling complex architectural knots.
• You are an Engineer first: You have a strong background in software development (ideally full-stack and cloud). You aren't a pure Data Scientist who lives exclusively in Jupyter notebooks; you know how to build, test, and ship resilient software.

Your basic qualifications

• Core: Python (Advanced).
• Data & APIs: PostgreSQL, FastAPI, GraphQL.
• Cloud: AWS (S3, Bedrock, Athena, Lambda—strong experience here is a massive plus).
• Workflow: High productivity, AI-assisted coding tools a plus, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Our offer

📄 Contract type: Permanent 
🕓 Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, from Monday to Friday
🏢 Hybrid Barcelona: We love the focus of remote work, but we also value the magic of high-bandwidth, in-person collaboration. You can work from home most of the time, but we expect you to swing by our Barcelona office a a couple of times a week to brainstorm, whiteboard UX flows, and grab a coffee with the team.
