Your opportunity

• Provide IT sales proposals and follow up on the deal with sales force
• Provide on-site technical assistance to troubleshoot and rectify IT-related problems
• Configure Lab IT products to improve medical lab workflow and meet the needs of the customer
• Document all changes, modifications, scripts/programs created on Lab IT software
• Conduct operator, applications, and service training for customers and staff
• Promote and demonstrate Lab IT software to customers
• Provide progress reports on assigned projects
• Deliver service, preventive maintenance, and software upgrade commitments according to the planned schedule
• Source, develop, prepare, and maintain training and literature materials
• Liaise with Regional or Global IT support to manage technical issues

Who you are

• Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health/Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology disciplines
• Have hands-on knowledge of computer hardware, networking, operating systems, databases, and programming languages
• Have multinational company experience in a similar capacity

Nice to have

• Preferably with medical laboratory experience
• Marketing and business development experience will be a plus
