Description

Born from deep roots in gaming media, Omnidex (Part of Dexerto Media Group) was created to give advertisers access to a trusted network of premium publishers, all unified through direct technology integrations. Omnidex turns these unique publisher relationships into performance, powering smarter targeting & higher engagement through unique contextual signals and proprietary first-party data, and high-impact formats that feel native to the content audiences love. The Role Omnidex is hiring a Publisher Success Manager to own the post-sales experience for publishers. Fromonboarding and integration through optimization, troubleshooting, retention, and growth. This role sits at the center of Omnidex’s supply business once a publisher is signed. You’ll be thepublisher’s primary advocate internally and the publisher’s trusted operator/strategist externally—ensuring integrations are clean, performance is strong, issues are resolved quickly, and partners continuously see value. Success in this role means publishers go live quickly and correctly, revenue and performance improve over time, issues are spotted and solved proactively rather than reactively, renewals feel straightforward while expansions happen regularly, and internal teams consistently receive clear, actionable feedback from the market to guide priorities and execution. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires programmatic fluency, strong partner communication, operational rigor, and a “get it done” mindset. What We Need A publisher-facing success operator who has worked in ad tech / programmatic in a post-sales support capacity.Technically fluent in programmatic advertising and able to communicate effectively withboth technical and non-technical stakeholders. Is highly organized: prioritizes fast, tracks everything, closes loops, writes crisp follow-ups.Is calm under pressure when monetization is down, reporting looks weird, or an integration breaks.Thinks in systems: builds playbooks, processes, health scoring, and repeatable workflows. Is commercially aware: understands yield, floors, demand quality, scale, and how to spot growth levers.Enjoys relationships but doesn’t confuse “being nice” with “driving outcomes.” What You Will Do Own the end-to-end post-sales publisher journey as the primary point of contact, accountable from sales handoff through onboarding, launch, ongoing performance, retention, and expansion.Lead publisher onboarding and integrations by gathering required technical inputs and coordinating internal Yield, Ad Ops, Solutions, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure accurate, on-time go-lives.Monitor publisher performance across core monetization metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency, and supply quality.Drive post-sales growth by identifying and executing opportunities across additional products, features, formats, and integrations.Own issue management and escalation, setting clear expectations around response times, root causes, and remediation while coordinating internal resolution.Build and evolve the Publisher Success operating model, including playbooks, service levels, QBR structure, escalation paths, and partner health tracking.Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Rev Ops on invoicing questions, payment issues, contract interpretation, and compliance matters when needed.Act as the publisher advocate internally, synthesizing partner feedback into structured, prioritized product and process improvements. What You Need To Qualify 3+ years in a post-sales, publisher-facing support role within ad tech.Hands-on experience supporting publisher monetization in a programmatic environment, with familiarity across SSPs, header bidding, GAM/Ad Manager, Prebid, and oRTB-based integrations.Proven ability to own publisher onboarding, integrations, and ongoing account performance in collaboration with technical and operational teams.Technically fluent in programmatic advertising and comfortable engaging in detailed conversations around auctions, bid requests, performance drivers, and troubleshooting.Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret monetization metrics, identify performance issues or opportunities, and recommend clear next actions.Clear, confident communicator who can manage expectations with publishers and coordinate effectively across internal teams.High level of ownership and accountability — comfortable being the point person for outcomes, issues, and long-term partner success.Comfortable travelling for events and partner meetings when needed. Why should you work for us? Real ownership of publisher success and supply performance. You’re not stepping into a rigid, pre-defined support role; you’ll help build how Publisher Success operates at Omnidex and directly shape how publishers experience our platform.Direct impact, not busywork. You’ll see a clear line between the publishers you manage, the performance improvements you drive, and the growth and retention of the business.Ad tech with an edge. We sit at the intersection of gaming, entertainment, and performance — working with premium publishers, high-impact formats, and supply that people actually care about.Smart, lean team. No huge corporate hierarchy. You’ll work closely with decision-makers and be heard. We’re super ambitious with big goals, and you’ll be part of a team that’s consistently grown by 50% each year.We only hire the best and strive to compete at the highest level, so you’ll be working with a team of A-players. This job isn’t for you if: You’ve never worked in ad tech or publisher monetization or aren’t familiar with programmatic advertising. You need handholding or strict processes already built for you, rather than being comfortable owning problems and figuring things out.You struggle in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where publisher performance and revenue actually matter. You’re uncomfortable being accountable for targets or outcomes. You prefer a purely internal role and don’t enjoy being the primary external point of contact for partners. You’re not comfortable coordinating across multiple internal teams and managing competing priorities. You’re looking for a slow, predictable environment with minimal change or ambiguity. #li-remote
