Team Leader cum Construction Management Expert

 Team leader will be responsible for overall project 
management and administration, appraisal of subproject as required, advice 
on procurement and bid process management, construction supervision, 
quality control and monitoring, contract management, establishment of 
Construction Management and Project Performance Monitoring and 
Reporting System, Training advice on Institutional matters, assist in 
resolving contractual issue, preparation of Progress and other Reports as 
required. Leader cum Construction Manager shall preferably i) be Graduate 
Civil Engineer and Post graduate in environmental / public health 
engineering or management (full time, from accredited institutes) ii) have 15 
years of working experience in similar works and 10 years of experience in 
construction management of water supply projects and iii) experience in the 
similar capacity and sound knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions, 
Contract management shall be an added advantage.
