Senior Sales Manager (all genders) – Fraud Prevention & Financial Crime

As a Senior Sales Executive (all genders), you will be responsible for expanding our business in Switzerland. You will acquire new customers, develop strategic C-level relationships, and manage complex sales processes through to successful closure.

What you can move with us:

• Identify and win new business opportunities in the Swiss financial market while achieving ambitious revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers at executive and board level.
• Analyze customer challenges in Fraud Prevention, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Financial Crime Compliance, and develop tailored solution approaches.
• Implement a structured territory coverage plan and manage your sales pipeline independently.
• Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and successfully close high-value deals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Strategically develop existing customer relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

What you bring along:

Must-haves:

• At least 5 years of experience in selling complex solutions to financial service providers (banking, payments, and insurance), ideally in the security or enterprise software sector.
• Proven success in new customer acquisition and in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• A strong hunter mentality combined with solid knowledge of modern sales methodologies, such as MEDDICC.
• Experience in strategic account management, solution-oriented selling, and consultative sales.
• Relevant industry knowledge within the financial services environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage at C-level.
• High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic growth environment.
• Business-fluent German and English language skills.

• Deep expertise in Fraud Prevention, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Financial Crime Compliance.
• Experience in strategic sales within the financial services industry.
• A confident presence at executive level, strong listening skills, and experience collaborating with top management.
