Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and develop account growth strategies.
- Lead and support RFQs, tenders, proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Design customer-focused logistics solutions in collaboration with operations and cross-functional teams.
- Manage projects from opportunity development through implementation and onboarding.
- Drive customer satisfaction through regular reviews, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with regional and global Katoen Natie teams to support multinational customers and strategic initiatives.
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets for assigned accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, logistics, petrochemical, or supply chain industries.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in solution selling and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage stakeholders across all levels, including senior executives.
- Analytical, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for solving customer challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business tools.
