At Ayvens we have an opening for Data Quality analyst
What are you going to do?
As our new Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for managing/coordinating the documentation and the quality of Ayvens finance critical data on behalf of Data Owners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Documentation of data elements in the Ayvens data dictionary (definitions, usages, golden source, Data Owners)
- Facilitate the process of defining the criticality level of the data in collaboration with the data Owners
- Define data quality controls in agreement with the data owners
- Implement data quality controls and monitor quality of critical data in your area
- Coordinate the analysis of the causes of data quality anomalies and the definition of associated remediation plans to correct them
- Organize workshops to monitor the execution of remediation plans
- Set up dashboards to measure data quality and communicate key data quality indicators at different level of the organization
- Organize regular data quality committees with data owners and with Ayvens local entities data lead
Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with the following background
- Data analysis: quality issues analysis, ability to investigate root cause and qualify impacts
- Management of action plans: project management skills, animation, and transversal coordination
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to implement data quality controls through SQL, Python
- Ability to report data quality results in Power BI
- Functional knowledge on Financial data is a plus
The ideal candidate has the interpersonal skills necessary to manage and build relationships across multiple departments and geographical locations. The Candidate also has strong analytical skills enabling to perform data quality analysis when quality is below the defined threshold
You will have a first relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor/Mater degree in Data/Information system
Fluent in English is required.
