Description
Responsibilities
- Support employee relations (ER) activities, including assisting with workplace investigations and fact-finding processes.
- Attend investigation meetings, document discussion notes, and prepare investigation summaries under the guidance of the ER team.
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company requirements.
- Conduct research on labor law regulations and employment-related topics as assigned.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and labor-related initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, follow up on action items, and support HR projects.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Thai labor law is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Able to work independently, manage confidential information, and perform well under pressure.
- Proactive, hands-on, and willing to support event preparation and operational activities.
- Experience in organizing university activities, events, or student projects is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand English documents; written English proficiency is a plus.
- Interest in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR compliance is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Critical thinking and sound judgment.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and emotional maturity.
- Presentation, facilitation, or MC experience is a plus.
