Job OverviewThe Product Manager, Billing Transformation & Desktop Strategy TFB is accountable for two connected capabilities within T-Mobile for Business: getting billing right end-to-end, and giving Customer Support the tools to serve customers efficiently once they're on the books.
On Billing Transformation, this role is responsible for ensuring TFB customers are billed accurately, efficiently, and on time across every segment we serve. This role exists because billing is not a platform problem. It is an end-to-end business process that begins the moment an order is placed and doesn't close until payment is collected. Every step in between — how a product is ordered, how it is provisioned, how it is rated, how entitlements are structured, and how invoices are generated — has the potential to delay or disrupt the billing outcome.
TFB serves a diverse customer base across enterprise, mid-market, small business, government, and wholesale segments. Each segment carries distinct billing structures, contract terms, invoicing requirements, and payment cycles. This PM will understand how T-Mobile for Business bills customers in each of these segments — not at a surface level, but deeply enough to identify where ordering decisions, rate plan configurations, provisioning gaps, or entitlement errors are creating downstream billing failures specific to that segment.
This role owns the billing capability roadmap and serves as the connective tissue across the full order-to-cash ecosystem — partnering with platform owners across Ordering, Provisioning, Rate Plans & Offers, Contracts & Entitlements, and Billing Integration to identify upstream root causes of billing failures and drive resolution, even when the fix lives outside the billing platforms directly owned. They are not a passive recipient of upstream output; they are an active driver of ecosystem health from order to cash.
On Desktop Strategy, this role owns the platform experience layer that Customer Support teams rely on every day. Billing outcomes don't stop at the invoice — when something goes wrong, or a customer needs help managing their account, agents need fast, unified access to the right tools. This PM designs and supports a consolidated desktop interface that brings account management and technical troubleshooting into a single, role-appropriate workflow, reducing the context switching that slows agents down and frustrates customers. As frontline needs evolve, this PM ensures the desktop experience evolves with them.
The right candidate brings direct T-Mobile for Business experience, a working understanding of how TFB billing operates across customer segments and the full order-to-cash chain, and a strong sense for what makes a frontline tool actually usable. They can lead discovery and requirements work without dedicated BA support, are deeply comfortable partnering with IT on technical feasibility, delivery lifecycle, and release execution, and think in outcomes — not features.
