The Product & Engineering Lead is accountable for leading digital and AI solution delivery across domains, translating business priorities into scalable, robust technology solutions. This role bridges technology and business outcomes by owning end-to-end solution lifecycle, ensuring stability, scalability, and value realization in a rapidly evolving digital and AI landscape. The role will work in close partnership with the Regional Tech & Digital Team and all functions to ensure local priorities are well connected with regional direction, enterprise standards, and cross-functional business needs.

- Lead the design, build, and evolution of digital, AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise architecture.
- Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from demand intake and solution design through delivery, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
- Drive delivery excellence by establishing clear standards for quality, scalability, and reuse across solutions.
Business Value Realization
- Translate business needs into solution roadmaps with clear value hypotheses and measurable outcomes.

- Partner with Architecture and Data teams to industrialize AI use cases at scale.
