TGE Freight are looking for a strategic and commercially minded National Manager, RTO Training & Compliance to build and lead our national RTO capability across a workforce of around 2,500 employees.
This is a newly created role with the opportunity to build something from the ground up, setting the strategy, governance and standards for training, licensing and competency across TGE Freight.
What you’ll do
Lead the establishment and ongoing governance of TGE’s Enterprise RTO
Own national training, licensing and competency frameworks
Lead a team of 6 Driver Trainers
Ensure training and compliance obligations are consistent, measurable and audit-ready
Partner with Operations, Safety, People and business leaders to build workforce capability
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in training and assessment
Ensure compliance with WHS, transport and Chain of Responsibility requirements
What we’re looking for
A confident leader with strong experience across RTO management, vocational training, compliance and workforce capability, ideally within transport, logistics or another highly regulated environment.
You’ll bring strategic thinking, strong stakeholder skills and the ability to turn compliance requirements into practical, high-impact training solutions.
