• Work warm leads from our proprietary platform — families and business owners who requested information. You are not prospecting cold.
• Run consultative conversations to understand what people actually need
• Present tailored solutions using our proven sales process
• Close business and build a book that pays you again every year
• Track your pipeline and performance in our AI-powered CRM
• (Optional) Build a team and earn override income on their production
That's the job. No territory management, no internal politics, no quota meetings. Talk to people who asked to hear from you, and close.

Part-time producers working our system: $2,000–$6,000+/month
Agents who scale to full-time: $150,000–$400,000+/year
Top agency leaders: $750,000+

LICENSING

A life insurance license is required to sell — not to apply. We contribute $100 toward the course and most people finish in 2–4 weeks while still working full-time elsewhere.
Already licensed? You could be contracted and writing business within days.
