As our Cash Application Senior Specialist based in Prague, you'll help reconcile Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and LEGO® Brand Retail transactions, ensuring payments are accurately matched and financial records stay reliable.
Core Responsibilities
- Reconcile Direct-to-Consumer, LEGO Brand Retail and payment provider transactions accurately and on time.
- Investigate unmatched payments, exceptions and failed transactions to support resolution and cash collection.
- Partner with Consumer Service teams and finance colleagues to resolve transaction-related queries.
- Shape and adapt processes as business models evolve, identifying opportunities for simplification and efficiency.
- Monitor bank account activity and ensure incoming payments are correctly applied within financial systems.
This position is based in Prague – Jinonice, and relocation assistance is not offered for this role.
Play your part in our team succeeding
Within the Accounts Receivable team, you'll support the flow of cash across the LEGO Group's growing Direct-to-Consumer business. From online sales and PayPal settlements to in-store purchases and partner payment channels, the team ensures every transaction finds its way to the right account.
This role combines hands-on transaction work with process development. As new business activities, including LEGO Discovery Centers, become part of our ecosystem, you'll help build, rebuild and inspire new ways of working while ensuring everyday operations run smoothly across EMEA and the Americas.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation or cash flow activities.
- Comfortable working independently while navigating changing processes and incomplete information.
- Understanding of GL, AR and reconciliation principles within a finance or shared service environment.
- Confidence using data to solve problems and make sound decisions on transactional issues.
What would be an advantage?
- Experience supporting Direct-to-Consumer, retail or e-commerce finance operations.
- Exposure to process optimization, continuous improvement or shared service center transformations.
