Service Lane Attendant
Boulevard Ford of Lewes is seeking a friendly and professional Service Lane Attendant to join our automotive team. This role is essential in providing a positive first impression for our customers and ensuring a smooth and welcoming service experience. - Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the service lane
- Assist customers with check-in and provide information about services
- Assist with parking client's vehicle while keeping the service drive clear
- Maintain a clean and organized service lane area
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a seamless service process
- Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed
- Transport clients
- Assist service advisors with daily tasks
- Ensure loaner fleet vehicles are clean at all times

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

- Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
