Description
The Senior Analyst, Channel & Customer Development provides foundational support for the execution of channel management, customer development, and business expansion activities at the country level. This role focuses on data preparation, reporting, and coordination efforts that enable effective execution across the dealer network, including retail dealers, distributors. The analyst supports performance tracking, planning processes, and business development initiatives by ensuring accurate data, structured reporting, and efficient coordination across stakeholders.

What You Will Do
Maintain and analyze dealer network, customer, and channel performance data to support business decisions and ensure data accuracy.
Monitor key performance indicators, sales activity, financial metrics, and progress against targets, identifying trends and performance gaps.
Support channel expansion initiatives, including new customer onboarding, white space opportunities, and dealer network development plans.
Prepare and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance reporting tools for channel and customer development activities.
Support annual operating plan (AOP) processes by gathering inputs, updating trackers, and validating performance data across customer and channel segments.
Assist in the execution of commercial programs, new business initiatives, and special projects while coordinating data requests and stakeholder communications.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or business support roles
- Internship or academic experience working with data, reporting, or business analytics preferred
- Exposure to sales or customer-facing environments is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to summarize, validate, and interpret data accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Basic understanding of sales, channel management, and business processes, with the ability to support commercial and customer development activities.
- Intermediate English proficiency, with effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
